I can t believe I found a car online yesterday I was interested in at DCH Honda Soni called Lisa right away and told her I was interested in seeing it. She took my phone number and made appointment to have me see it today at 445pm. She even called me earlier this afternoon to confirm the appointment. So I left work 2 hours early to show up there to see the car and she greeted me after I asked for her then a salesman says he s looking for the keys for me to test drive it. After waiting he came over to me and told me the car was sold an hour and half ago. They didn t even give me first chance at it and didn t even seem to care. They had my number and didn t even call me once they sold it even though I had an appointment to see it. I can t believe how a big dealership has people like that working for them that don t even care or value customers time. I am very disappointed in DCH and would expect them to find a way to make up for me wasting my time
