From first handshake Zach Shannon made sure our needs were met. I needed time to think through a very big decision as this vehicle would become my daughters first car. He remained available with no pressure. He remained positive no matter what crazy questions I kept coming up with. He consistently smiled and always had an answer. If he needed to consult his manager, he did so in a timely fashion. I was done and exhausted every possible reason to walk away. Hours later we were ready to purchase. It was time to close and go home. Instead of telling us we needed to come back tomorrow, he convinced finance to stay a few more minutes to close the deal. Zach made us feel comfortable all the way to the last handshake. Zach is very professional, easy going, and made this deal happen for us. Zach consistently made us feel great about our experience.
