I have been a customer of BMW of San Antonio since 2011 and to this day, I continue to have mixed feelings about the service I have received. While I understand that BMW of San Antonio is the sole BMW dealership in the area and services a large number of customers, it is not very satisfying to receive subpar customer service. After being switched to numerous service advisors, I was finally paired with one that I believed went above and beyond while my car was in the shop. Unfortunately, after I paid for the repairs on my vehicle this service advisor is nowhere to be found. I sent a text with follow up concerns and after two weeks with no response, I sent an email.... no response. Today, I called and was still not able to speak to my service advisor.

I will seriously be considering making BMW of Austin my servicing dealership.
