I woke up this morning to my vents blowing warm air in the middle of summer. Needless to say, my day started off on a terrible note! All that changed once I called Curtis Total Secive. My technician, Matt, promptly arrived at my home and took care of the issue in no time. Sure it was fast, anyone can do that, but what really impressed me was the service and knowledge. I ask alot of questions, it's annoying. They answered everything beyond my satisfaction, took the time to explain the issue and what he was going to do to fix it. Anyone in Google can fix the issue, but I doubt most of them can give you an indepth analysis of your current system, common issues and even provide tips to make it last longer. And now that I know they basically do everything, I dont need another repair company!!
