I USE to be a LOYAL customer for years as their TRES LECHE slices USE to be top notch and very moist. This is the FIFTH time we order and no milk at the bottom and basically a "sponge" cake. I spoke to manager and NOTHING but excuses. It's a simple solution.. ADD MORE MILK. I WON'T be back for a very long time!
