It's like dealing with a "Mama / Pap" store. After several phone calls and some complaints to get a service man to replace a simple blower motor took 1-1/2 weeks to accomplish! Initially, just to get a service man to check out the AC problem was a chore. Finally, getting only a 1/2 hour notice he showed up! After that it took another week until he finally returned to replace the blower motor (a one hour job). No follow-up call inbetween from Frisch giving an update on the status and cause of delay!
It's the typical behavior of a company doing well and having little competition letting customers suffer and unhappy. (This was not my first bad experience with Fritch, but definitely my last).
Very disappointed with Fritch's performance and will be looking for other HVAC sources in the future.
