The location of the hotel is really perfect. With the attached rack railway you are immediately in the center of Lucerne. The room was super equipped and the bed was super comfortable. The service was first class and very courteous. The restaurant Scala was also delicious. The breakfast buffet was very rich and there was something for every taste. We had a very nice stay!
