After many hours of anxious deliberation, my husband and I decided that we needed to purchase a new car. Both for the safety of our little boy, and for the investment in longevity.

A friend let us know that Courtesy was true to their name, and we made the journey to 28th street to take the dive into new car ownership.

We were greeted promptly by Shane Duchaine and, for the next few hours, were treated like life long friends. Our child was treated with kindness and patience. We were walked step by step through the sales process, alleviating ever fear that we had.

During the process, Shane's partner Johnathan entered the fray, and yet another element of courteous service was brought to bear.

At the end of the day, we drove away happy as can be in a brand new Jeep Renegade. We had made friends, and are now secure in the knowledge that we will always be taken care of, no matter what happens.

To Shane and Johnathan, thank you so very, very much for your time and uncompromising patience. You guys are the best.
