Took my 2014 vw passat for service ( they were the...

Took my 2014 vw passat for service ( they were the last people inside the hood). Opened the hood today and fuse box cover is broken and missing battery cover.

Mistakes happens but for them to Not disclose the damage is very very unethical and very unprofessional
