My wife and I recently purchased a new Hyundai Ioniq from Penticton Hyundai. We found the staff there very professional and accommodating and respectful of the fact that their customers could potentially spend tens of thousands of hard earned dollars at their dealership. There was over a week delay in delivering our vehicle, this was not the fault of the dealership, and they loaned us a different new Ioniq while we waited, so that was cool. All manufactures make good quality vehicles these days and most of them can find one to fit your needs. So when all else is equal why not go to the dealership that gives you the best overall service and respect?. My advice: Buy a Hyundai, in Penticton.
