Fantastic experience! Truly a 5 star restaurant.
The steak was perfect, sides are interesting and they have a lot of things you aren't going to see in your typ Chicago steak house (beef tongue, bone marrow etc).
I had the 16oz bone in fillet, cooked rare and it was fantastic.
I like the bar scene as well, giant chunks of ice they have to carve down to fit in your glass, old fashions, some good craft beers etc.

Interested in trying their sister restaurant, Maude's Liquor Bar just down the street.

FYI, if you want a table for 7pm on a Sat night you are going to have to get on Open Table and book 2-3 months in advance. Plan it ahead of time, it's worth it, I swear.
