Pyramid has been a very good vendor. We just had our 12 month check in on our system. I'm sure the service man did a thorough job but when he left my husband didn't feel fully informed about our whole house ventilation system and why it should be "on" all of the time - so maybe a bit more explanation when going through the check list would be helpful. Thanks Pyramid.
