Have an appraisal carried out by an appraiser of this office (R.D. Dusoswa) for the financing of one new-build home. Appraiser came with a value of 320k, while we suspected a value based on 2 global appraisals from 3/4 years ago of 350k. Corresponded for a long time with the appraiser, but Mr. did not want to adjust his appraisal. As a result, we had to pay more interest for the bridging loan, because the risk was now greater. Our home was recently sold anyway and is now valued at 375k. What an appreciation within 12 weeks, or was that Van Gool appraiser wrong?
