I recently visited Ragtime Cafe and I must say, I was quite disappointed. The food was average at best and the service was below par. The menu had a decent variety but the quality of the dishes was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and it took forever to receive our orders. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
