A few months ago I wanted to take out my car insur...

A few months ago I wanted to take out my car insurance with them ... after battling on the phone for lead shots I receive the contract, which I send back completed and signed. Had to wait 10 working days to receive a contract full of "errors", I ring to ask for a correct contract: I can clearly hear that I am bothering them. I return the 2nd contract for validation and I wait .... I wait .... without news I ring and there in a haughty tone I am told that they have nothing in my name, that no I do not have sent nothing because they have received nothing! Future clients are liars and they don't lose any documents, right? They just hung up on me!
