The hotel itself is really amazing. My stay was very nice.
However, when I came back home I realized that I didnt got the receipt for the lunch that I have paid for my group of 19 people.
So I have tried more than a week now to get an answer from the hotel.
I am calling from Korea all the time so I have to calculate the time difference, and then the reception never answer their phone, and when I get connected bad telephone line makes very hard to communicate and when I did FINALLY then they put me through to office, restaurant, manager, reception without any proper answer. So somehow they told me to send email to them so that it will be answer. But nobody is reading my email.(i can see with my email service providers if my emails has been read).
So until now...I made dozens of expensive international calls to Namibia only to get a copy of my receipt and still didnt work out properly.
Therefore I want to give 1 star or even 0 star for the service of this hotel.
