Good overall experience. They wanted to earn my business and did a great job doing so. Sal in Sales was good, knowledgeable and very helpful. The manager Jay aka Julius was good and even Chad in Finance was good. I used to hate this place but since their acquisition, this is a totally different dealership. You may want to check them out if you have the time!
Okay...60 day update. Warning x-drive does not work in winter weather if your car has summer tires. Check this before you buy. Finance lost our paper work which caused an issue w BMW Finance. Trying to get finance to call you back was challenging. The dealership s complimentary Saturday car wash is only available sometimes. On 3-13-21 their car wash machine was broken. It had issues two week prior to that as well.
