Looks like the other reviewer was talking about an IDHS office? It couldn't have been Illinois Partners for Human Service because IPHS doesn't provide direct services. IPHS is an AWESOME organization comprised of nonprofit service providers from across Illinois. Together, they advocate for human service funding to ensure that every Illinois resident can reach his/her full potential.
