Being a first time home buyer can be a nerve racking experience. I met that staff at Ethos on a random encounter and soon met Sonja. I was immediately impressed. She literally and figuratively kicked off her shoes and got dirty doing a inspection on a showing we went to. At the end she advised me not to buy the place. At that moment, I knew I had a good realtor. Shortly after, we found a place that I knew I was going to buy, out of town. Any questions I had, she dug up, 8,9,10pm at night. Raced out of town when I wanted to go see it (twice). Ended up buying the place and am so thankful for her (and Ethos's) help!
