The traffic side is very unprofessional. They try to bring you in by giving you so much money. The higher ups don't care about your opinion. They will bring you in as a project manager title but really you are a journeyman/ foramen. If you are a Labor and know the job better then the "foramen" they don't listen to the labor. The operations manager is Eric. He LOVES to write employees up. He will write you up for something you never did. He will never take fault for anything he does wrong. He threatens to fight his employees. You are lucky if you get your brakes or lunch. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR THE TRAFFIC SIDE. I wish I could give this place a "0" star.
