We stayed last month for 3 days for our wedding prep. Joan from the front office was kind enough to extend our check out time to 2pm.. Our actual check out was 2:30pm. I have to really commend Joan as she was very accommodating. We were not guaranteed a king-sized bed upon reservation, but when I came to check-in, she did everything to give me what I prefer. She even gave me the ayala triangle which for me has the best view. Room is very spacious, spotless and homey. The hotel may be old but we are captured by the retro look of the room and hallways. My husband and I loved our stay! Thank you Makati Shang!
