Who knew that the mid-Peninsula had such smashingly good haute cuisine? Excellent in 2009 and now mind-blowing in 2010, Viognier offers a classy (if pricey) place to take a date, with brilliantly executed courses, kind service, and a luxurious atmosphere -- even if you do have to climb above a grocery store to get there! Absolutely my favorite swanky spot on the Peninsula.
