I really wanted to give Autobahn my service, however, I have to say the treatment and service I received is unacceptable as a valued customer. After spending some alone time looking around in the lot, not being noticed by any salesman, I decided to be proactive and ask the front to assist with a test drive. Even then, the gentlemen seemed to have an issue finding someone, it took about a good 15-20min wait for help. During this time, I still had no one approaching me to help. Finally, someone was found, Joseph. Things started off alright, their usual judgemental fact finding of what car do you currently drive? . He proceeded to take my DL but came back with needing proof of insurance. I explained mine is a form of paper as what AAA gives now versus a physical card. Joseph, said it s against company policy and that a physical card is needed. Nothing else is acceptable and we will not be able to test drive. Unfortunately, after finding my own help and waiting for an individual to personalize my car shopping experience, I will not tolerate this treatment. It is a shame.
