It's been 12 months since I settled on a fantastic investment property thanks to Andrew's expert knowledge and assistance. Any scepticism I had about paying for professional assistance when buying a property was immediately put to rest after my first meeting with Andrew. He was extremely knowledgeable, very relatable, and straight away was someone I coule trust. His processes are logical, easy to follow, and make things extremely easy from a buyers point of view. Andrew told me from the outset that I could have as much or as littlr involvement as I wanted, and initially I wanted plenty! He was freely available to chat and always responded to my emails promptly. The icing on the cake was his work finalising the contract while I was about to board a flight to London. What a sensational service, right? Needless to say, I have recommended Andrew and Aquila Property Investment to my family and friends, and look forward to when I can call him again about buying the next one! Thanks again, Andrew.
