Worst shopping experience ever! I used to go to this mall very often, but last time i was there the employees from spencer falsely accussed my son of stealing; it was just because they saw a young man in there. An employee and a security guard approached my son out of the store when he was with me, obviusly he DID NOT had anything. When they found they did a mistake. They just walk away like nothing, not an apology! Of course i went to talk to the store manager, she apologized, but this was because i went to demand it! The security supervisor did not, who i think was very disrespecful... Never going there again. Worst employees ever! When u do a mistake or offend and disrespect anyone at least excuse yourself!!!
