Place assigned to the consumption and take away of the delicacies produced by their craftsmen.
I have been attending it for many years and I must say that at the dawn the choices, although less "cool" than the current ones, were perfect in quality and taste: today we are trying at all costs to amaze with the excuse of innovation, forgetting that some sectors are rooted in tradition and it is itself that determines their location and popularity.
Quality ingredients and variety of choices make it a must in Rome even if located in a non-central or easily reachable urban area (it is close to the metro but very far from other places of cultural / tourist interest in the city, you have to go there on purpose ... but all in all it is definitely worth it for quality ice cream lovers).
Internal environment substantially unchanged that does not allow space for current fashions ... fortunately !!!
