I walked onto the lot of this Chevrolet Dealership in Jersey City NJ . I had been visiting car lots in new jersey all day. I was tired and ready to give up. I had no idea what i wanted and was just looking not really ready to purchase. My father and i was walking around and looking at cars when Christian Marques approached us asking to assist us. When i tell you he was such a polite and kind young man. He was easy to talk to. It was like we were old friends. We asked questions and he answered with confidence. He new the product! He was NOT pushy or acted like a fast talking salesman. After he educated me on a car i was looking at we went inside with him. Christian was honest and helpful. He crunched numbers and gave us every available discount there was. He NEVER asked to run my credit! He spoke with his Manager Josh Young who by the way was just as down to earth as Christian. We hit it off instantly! He too was educated and did us such a great service with the price of the car. TO make a long story short. I drove off the lot with my new car and i am very satisfied and very happy with the car and the service. I would recommend everyone to go to Chevrolet in Jersey City NJ to get a car. The people at this dealership really do care about the customer and they honestly bent over backwards to help you! Its not all about the money to them its about the happiness of the customer!
