Updated to 5 stars - GM reached out to me and said the situation will be addressed. Hoping we don't encounter any other negative situations. ORIGINAL POST: First experience here was a great experience. We are new to the area and the one manager happened to be waiting on us. He had asked if we had been there and once finding out we had just relocated to the area for the military, he definitely showed his support and said that they offered a military discount. In addition to his great service, the food was really good as well. Since we had such a great experience, we decided to go back. This is where my issue resides...the host had seated us and our actual waiter never came to get our drink order. So, the guy that sat us noticed we had been waiting 10+minutes and took over being our server. To be clear, the food was just as good as the first visit. However, after asking our server for the military discount, he had asked me for military ID to take to the manager. I explained that I could not let him take my ID because all Federal/military employees need to have 100% control of the ID (security). He said that was fine and would have a manager come over to me. This is were my two star rating comes in....a different manager not the same as the first visit came over to verify my military ID to give me the discount. I was more than happy to show him. After he saw my ID, he pretty much implied that it was a fake ID by continuously asking me if it was a military ID and turning the card over and over again. He had said he served as well and kept saying my "CAC" was not an active duty military member ID. It immediately became very uncomfortable and almost to the point he was insinuating I was lying. I'm very disappointed that this had happened because of both great service from the other manager (also said he was prior service) and my family really enjoyed the food.
