Bought a stereo for my sister here a year ago, well actually 1 day before a year. The pioneer unit had a bad cd player and would not take a CD. We went 1 day before the warranty expired to have it fixed. He honored the warranty even though he was going to be out the money due to him not being able to return the unit on his side, obviously due to how long we waited. They do a great job. And they stand by their service and warranty. Owner is a stand up guy.
