I brought my Subaru to Twin City Subaru due to a recall on my airbag that I needed fixed. They were the closest Subaru dealer to me. After picking my car up I noticed a large crack in my passenger side speaker cover. I didn t notice until the next day. I called them and was told to come in. I went in and pictures were taken I was told I d be called the next day after the guy spoke with his manager. I never heard back. I gave it two days. I was told once again that they d have the manager call me. I waited a few more days, nothing. I called back not once but twice was put on hold just for the phone to be disconnected. I ve called the manager directly and left a detailed message with my name and number...still nothing. I ve given up at this point and I do not plan to ever bring my car back there. I spend a good amount of monthly on my car and I refuse to let more things get broken on my car with no explanations or plan to fix it for me.
