I just found a live chipmunk in the basement of my LTS home a few days ago! How? Somehow it tunneled through the insulation. I saw where it damaged the insulation. It did not come in through the basement door, which was not opened for months and never kept opened. But, there is no evident opening from outside where it got in! The creature ran up my basement steps! Then it ran up my upstairs steps! It attacked! It climbed up a lamp, then threw itself into my face! Then it took an hour to corner it and catch it with a pail! And dump it outside! This was not fun, and maybe it will be back. Only buy an LTS home if you like attacking chipmunks in the home.
