This is my first time having to write a review good or bad... My wife and I decided to purchase with Sandlin homes because most of the homes we've looked at had multiple offers. Needles to say this experience with them by far is the worst ever. All they do is lie! Move in was 4 months late(which I understand but 4 entire months). The family across form us backed out because of the many issues with their home.The address still isnt validated,No internet until a few weeks ago.The Builder is careless and the work is poor quality. Our floors are coming up,paint is chipped,doors falling off the hinges,and not to mention the garage door had about 10 missing screws but we just found that out. I have much more to say but stay away from SANDLIN HOMES! (excuse typos) I'm a real Buyer and this is a real review!
