The hotel is prefect for families, we are a family of 4, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast buffet is great. The view is unbelievable, great distance from downtown, trolley is great, no worries for parking in Gatlinburg. .great getaway 3 nights 4 days. Highly recommended hotel instead of cabin, unless your a large group.
