The clerks at the 18th District Court are absolutely rude, nasty and lazy. Their behavior is unconscionable. Presiding Judge Cicirelli needs to be voted out of office, as she has done nothing to correct the misbehavior of the court clerks. The public has a right to be treated respectfully. It is the public that pays the salaries of these clerks.
