Dear Sirs, I happen to be the Engineer that installed your Maintenance kit for our MultiProbe dispensers. My qualifications are not questioned with regard to Biomedical equipment and experience, especially MultiProbe dispensers. Having previously preformed many complete PM's on our MultiProbe using OEM PM kits I have found your tubing kits material and poor end swagging would not seal to valves, which approximately 70% leaked everywhere from valves to distribution block. Many of your supplied valves showed black grease weeping out of the shaft seal which to my knowledge is an indication of recycled failed valves. When our management tried to request RMA's for 2 out of the 3 kits that were sold to us, we were given the run around about service requests. We were not looking for service guidance, we were requesting 2 RMA's for 2 unused service kits.
