Beware of Montgomery Motors, I purchased a ford focus (used) 2013 with 36,000 miles in November, only because I had to, my truck just died, over 5000.00 dollars to repair my truck, go the car, loved it, great on gas, everything.
Transmission started slipping, found out that the new trans they are putting in the focus and fusion are causing problems, mine did it. Sent ti to the Biscoe shop to be repaired, get a call at 8:20 this morning from the shop stating I need a new starter, the housing on my starter was broken? There should be some type of warranty, since I just bought the car, guess what NOT, so I offered to pay half of the price for the starter and ford pay the other half....Now I have called and spoken with my salesman, I'm not pissed at him but I am pissed at the Owner, Mr. Smith, his response to me paying half, just put the old starter back on and see what happens. Not no, but hell no, I'm paying for a new starter and done with Montgomery Motors.
