Terrible treatment, uncaring staff. The room ac was not working. My family and I was told to open the door to allow for air to circulate into the room. It was no curtain inside the room for privacy so we could not leave the door open. My brother was giving a pain patch that was placed in the wrong location by a nurse in ER. The order was to place the patch on his ribs but it was placed on his hip. His oxygen was also off for hours. My family and I told the nurse it wasnt on but she reassured us it was on, but in fact it was not. When the shift changed the new nurse noticed his oxygen was not on. We were saying that for hours but they did not listen to us. We also asked for a transfer to the medical center and the nurse never told the charge nurse what we requested. Instead she told us a story of a man who requested a transfer and never received it.
I would not recommend this hospital. You should go to a hospital who provides better care and service for you and your family.
