Many thanks to Brad Moscato and his team for guiding us through the mediation process dealing with a Long Term Disability issue with an insurer. It was a very stressful process with potentially life-altering results, and he was able to calm us leading up to and during the mediation. His attention to detail during the mediation was crucial in catching an offered condition that could have lead to future complications for us. During the negotiations, he also demonstrated his honour by placing priority on our needs over his own. His composure and diplomatic manner, and his professional rapport with both the mediator and the opposition facilitated an agreement which hopefully will give us peace over the next few years, potentially aiding my efforts to recover.
