I have never bought anything from Luisa Graff and they still gave me amazing service. I visited China last winter and went on a discounted tour where they took us on shopping visits. Being new to traveling the east, I was sold a jewelry set that had been swapped after purchase with a fake set. I discovered the scam online and called USAA who worked the case for me and needed expert verification that this was in fact a fake.

Amanda and Zach helped me through the process and were very kind about it. This was sort of embarrassing for me and I was able to walk out of there being treated with respect and empathy. Amanda took a lot of time to educate me on gemstones and the jewelry business (so that this won t happen to me again) and Zach appraised my jewelry as a courtesy and wrote a letter for USAA.

I have moved to Seattle since then but when I do start my collection (for real) I will absolutely be visiting home to purchase from Luisa Graff. I genuinely appreciated their time and kindness and feel they represented Luisa well. I had actually gone into other jewelers beforehand and was blown off as though I was not a serious potential customer.
