On February 13th I was refused a visit from your orthopedic traumatologist because the acceptance had gone out of time.
You have advised Mr. Cavosi who has reviewed you to write to you, I did it 5 days ago, but I have not received any answer other than a phone call with a new booking, which is due, it seems to me.
So what's the point of writing to you if you do not answer?
