Review of Swissôtel Nankai Osaka

I don't know about other rooms but the room we boo...

I don't know about other rooms but the room we booked in has a phone that has unlimited internet that we are allowed to carry around with (Handy). I can't say much about service because we didn't stay at the hotel for the whole time. We checked in late at night and some staff looked kind of tired. However I do not mind as they do their best job to make the stay convenient and worth it.

I've read some reviews stating that the hotel is dirty, but we went here a couple years back and now and both times were very clean! The view was very nice, although we had the room with the view that we had not wanted. We wanted the other side where there were more nice views with vibrant lights.

The location is very convenient as you can just go down the elevator of the lobby to the MRT area. Many shops surrounding the hotel too.
