I like this mortgage company because it offers a lot of loan options. I just want to warn future buyers about one of its loan officers - STUART ERICKSON because of what happened to my clients:

Believe or not, Stuart mistakenly used a single family home address for my client s condo purchase (the addresses are not even similar!!!). This mistake made my client unable to meet their closing date and in turn blew my client s interest rate lock! To keep the same interest rate, it was going to cost the buyer over $3000.

The nightmare didn t stop here:

Instead of covering the buyer s cost due to his careless mistake, Stuart avoided dealing with the problem altogether by telling the buyer your loan is done here and pushing my client off to another loan officer in a different company.

Stunned by happened, I talked to Stuart and he said I have no sympathy for the buyer, because the interest rate is still at all time low.

My buyer ended up losing this purchase (their first home).
