I will NOT return. I would rather drive the 2 hours to BMW of Austin.
I am completely disappointed in this service center as well as BMW.
The knowledge is lacking (which I can understand, however be honest about it. Do not lie to my face and pass the buck to someone else).
Customer service is a -1. If you tell me you will call with an estimated time of completion and then you fail to do so. I have to call you to find out that it is not ready (I was originally told 4hrs max). Then told to call tomorrow.
To top it off, told to come in the next day. The issue was taken care of.... no! No it was not. I was then given a number to call to fix the issue myself. When calling (North America BMW) he informed me that he does not have to ability to fix this issue and it is at the dealership level.

People... come on! For the price of the BMWs (I have 3) that I own, I expect better service!

Edit to add....
after some email to North America Bmw. They made things right. Able to fix my issues and went above and beyond.
Hopefully this has shined a light on the issues with bmw SA and they are able to fix their processes.
