It's official I'm a home owner! I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Erin Turner and Lynda Richards for not only taking care of everything through this process but also with putting up with me and my overly anxious personality. I was pre-approved for a specific type of loan and when it turned out that the loan wouldn't be acceptable they worked out a miracle and got me approved for the correct loan and helped me to get a very good first time buyer interest rate as well. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the team over at USF and would gladly recommend them. Becoming a home owner is not just a dream any longer it's a reality for me and my family. From the bottom of my heart thank you for everything you've done for us, it's truly life changing in the best way possible.
