Definitely dated structure. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired, dirty curtains, dirty carpet, stained and even torn sheets, bathroom not perfectly cleaned. We asked for a room change because the first one was indecent. The second one was a little bit cleaner, but still various stains and bad carpet. Small and noisy double bed. The mattresses should be changed as well as the nets (squeaky springs) too bad because the location is great for getting around Manhattan.
