First and last time at this Dodge dealership. My experience was so poor here. I came in and asked for an appointment on a Friday for a used vehicle inspection, got one for a Wednesday at noon. I took time off work to come in. When I arrived they asked if I could leave my car overnight(no big deal... but why make an appointment anyway then?). I picked it up the next day with the inspection checklist, there were a few items not checked for good or bad condition, I asked my service adviser about it and he said the technician was not in and would have to call me the next day. Friday morning I got no call. I called in and got nothing. Figured they would let me know Monday at the least but again... nothing. After being told I was to be called 3 times. I also learned they left my transmission cap OFF. I contacted the manager. He said he would call me the next morning, thankfully he did. Turns out the technician was unsure about my vehicle inspection so the manager offered for me to get a new inspection with a transmission cap and have a courtesy vehicle until done. I decided to go in and get a refund. The only thing they did fast and right was gave the refund. Where was that kind of attitude when I asked for an inspection? I wont be returning to this Dodge location. I can't imagine them doing actual WORK on a car.
