I used to stay here with my family . It was good until 2020.
1. During March some plumbing activity started that too in pandemic . When we tried reaching our concern that we aren t comfortable the management replied no one else has problem however I have found my neighbors too emailed requesting to postpone the activity. Long story short They will do what they want , your concern doesn t matter.
2. Now during this plumbing activity they forced us to leave the home for almost 6-7 hrs that too in pandemic. Though the activity was planned for a week but this happenedu only the first day and rest of the day they allowed us inside home with no water in the kitchen and bathrooms. Moreover the management insisted us to use the public toilet and guess what they thinks it s very easy to do during COVID outbreak. Heartless !
3. Ms Veronica at leasing team should enhance her soft skill.
4. Not sure why but service managers aren t available easily and hence if we raised any request it used to take weeks to get the service done.
5.Once you move out they will do default cleaning and painting on your security money even there was no damage.
6. Apparently roaches live here. Pest control doesn t help. So if you make your mind to stay here make them your buddy .
7. Vandalism and theft has also increased. There used to be a security car which suddenly stopped coming after March 2020

However this used to be much better place I wish management work on their problem areas.
