Very angry about neotoa I recount insulation problems in my dwelling a neotoa referent came to my home clearly told me housing where i live there are insulation problems the you are not isolated and who had a lot of humidity in the walls I made a transfer request to change housing so far no news because of the insulation I had to pay a bill of 600 of heating last year because housing has trouble heating the heaters turn in the void I sent an email to the manager of neotoa still no answer I contacted neotoa repeatedly no return from them I find it dismal us tenants we have obligations to respect towards the landlord but the landlord also to obligations towards their tenant
