Deserves ZERO stars. If you want to rent somewhere that is hazardous to your health go ahead. The apartment my daughter rented had water seep into it. Mold was on the walls and furniture. Probably underneath the carpet as well but they refused to even look there. It was managements fault for not cleaning the gutters. They tried to blame my daughter. They lost a new mattress a boxspring and a very expensive dresser. Banyan would not budge and give them a dime. Don t rent from them. All they did was drop off a dehumidifier and use bleach water on the outside of the wall. When my daughter moved out about three months later it still smelled like mold and mildew in there. And that was after removing the boxspring and mattress and dresser.
