I do Bikram yoga for overall health, but also to heal my back and neck, and as long as I do it, I don't need a massage therapist or chiropractor. Bikram is the best exercise I have come across to date, and I thank the Mississauga studio for giving me that space to do so and reap all the benefits from this practice. Not only is my back good, but my mind is learning a lot about the Art of Quiet.
